Cullingworth Village Hall Closure
In line with the current advice from the government, and with heavy hearts, we regret to inform you that the village hall will be closing for business with immediate effect. In light of this we are having to postpone our planned AGM on Friday 27th March and also the book club on Wednesday 25th.
If you have a party booked at the hall our bookings officer will have already contacted you and will make arrangements for any monies paid to be reimbursed, we are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, and we hope that we may be able to accommodate you at a later date.
Our regular users have cancelled any further meetings, for further information please contact your group leader.
Further to yesterday’s announcement, Danchino’s cafe is now closed until further notice.
We hope you will continue to support your village hall that we all worked so hard to get opened less than 1 year ago. We were planning to host an anniversary celebration, but that like a lot of our “normal” daily life is now on hold.
Finally could we wish you all the best in these uncertain times and advise you all to keep washing those hands and stay at home for the near future to try and help with defeating this virus.

As soon as the current situation is under control and things return to normality, we will be starting a new book club which we hope will bring people together for informal discussions about the books you want to read. How the club will run is entirely up to those who come! Keep a look out for the new date of the first meeting, as soon as we are able to do it!
